About Leadbay
We built the signal layer we wished we had
Leadbay was founded in Austin in 2025 by two people who had spent years watching sales reps prioritize accounts based on gut feel, stale enrichment data, or whoever showed up in the sequence tool first.
The problem we kept running into
Most reps spend Monday morning picking accounts instead of talking to them
Ludovic had spent years in sales ops building enrichment workflows for SDR teams. The same question came up in every quarterly review: why are our reps spending time on accounts that are clearly not in a buying moment, while the ones showing real intent are sitting in a spreadsheet no one looked at this week?
Sara had spent years building the data pipelines behind revenue intelligence products. The technical layer for signal collection was not the hard part. The hard part was connecting that signal data to the specific win patterns of each sales team, rather than a generic model trained on everyone's data.
In early 2025 they left their respective work to build Leadbay: a signal layer that learns from each team's own closed-won history and delivers a ranked account list before the rep's first coffee of the day.
The Team

How We Build
A few principles we are not willing to trade away
Your data stays yours
Your closed-won history trains your model. It does not train anyone else's. We do not cross-contaminate customer data to build a shared baseline that benefits competitors.
Speed over polish at setup
A team should see their first scored list within 24 hours of connecting a CRM, not after a three-week implementation project. If onboarding takes longer than a day, that is a product failure on our side.
Scores must be explainable
A rep should never have to trust a black-box score. Every account score comes with the top three signals that drove it. If you can not explain why an account ranked first, it should not rank first.
We are still early. We want to hear what you are working on.
If you are building a sales team and the prioritization problem sounds familiar, reach out. Early customers shaped most of what Leadbay is today.
